Protects Against Metal Fire 48 mm thick door with 60/120 minute Fire rating in accordance with IS: 3614 Part-ll and BS:476 Part-22. constructed using two 18 SWG galvanized steel sheets sandwiched by a special fire-resistant insulating substance. The door frames are made from 165 WG galvanized steel sheet that has been pressed into a 143 x 60 mm double rebate design. A single coat of primer that is resistant to corrosion and fire is applied to the doorframe and door shutter, which are equipped with stainless steel ball bearing hinges.
